1. Agreement to Terms
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the services.
2. Your Content
You are responsible for the content, such as audio files, images, and text, that you upload to the service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all of your content.
3. AI-Generated Content
The services may include features that use artificial intelligence to generate content, such as album art, marketing text, or mastered audio tracks. While we strive to provide high-quality outputs, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before use. The ownership of AI-generated content is subject to the terms of the underlying AI models and applicable law.
4. Music Distribution Services
We offer music distribution services to third-party platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music) to all users through our partner, VNDR Music Publishing. By submitting your content for distribution, you acknowledge and agree that this service is subject to a separate publishing administration agreement with VNDR Music Publishing, which operates on a 50/50 net revenue split. You must represent and warrant that you own or control 100% of the rights to the master recordings and underlying compositions you submit.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the services to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
